What we like: The location. Walking to the Swamp Rabbit Trail from your front door is a perk many buyers want. The half-acre corner lot gives you room and privacy that's rare this close to town, and the layout makes smart use of the square footage. It's tastefully updated and feels cozy without feeling cramped.
