🔥 Fireworks at Unity Park: Greenville's Independence Day fireworks show returns to the 60-acre park, with the Greenville Symphony Orchestra and Clemson University Singers performing live before and during the show in celebration of America's 250th anniversary. 6–10 PM

About 1 hour, 30 minutes from Greenville

Round Mountain Creamery is a 28-acre working goat dairy and farmstead tucked into the forested hills of Black Mountain, North Carolina. Since 2002 they've handcrafted soft goat cheeses using milk from their own herd — making them one of the first Grade A goat dairies in the state.

A one-hour farm tour and cheese tasting lets visitors meet the herd, walk through the cheesemaking process behind the scenes, and sample the farm's flavors. Tours are by appointment only, since this is a working farm, not a petting zoo with a gift shop attached. Cheese is also available for purchase at the farm store or at area farmers’ markets.
